ZiiCard availability depends on your account type:
For Personal accounts: You’ll be issued a ZiiCard automatically once you sign up to Ziina and complete the onboarding process.
For Business accounts: ZiiCard is currently being rolled out gradually, so it may not be available on your account just yet.
Once you’re eligible, you’ll be able to activate it directly in the app:
Open the Ziina app
Go to the Cards tab (or tap the ZiiCard banner if it appears)
Tap Activate ZiiCard
Your virtual card will be ready to use instantly
If you don’t see the Cards tab or ZiiCard option yet, it simply means your account hasn’t been enabled in this phase of the rollout. We’ll notify you in-app as soon as it becomes available.
