It depends on how you set up your payment:
Requesting in AED (payment links or API): No - you'll receive exactly what you requested (minus standard payment processing fees), regardless of what currency your customer pays in. The FX markup is applied to your customer's payment, not yours.
Requesting in another currency (payment links or API): Yes - you'll receive slightly less in AED than market rates suggest because the 1.2% FX markup is applied when converting to AED.
