Why is there a difference between the exchange rate I see online and what's applied to my payment?

Updated over a week ago

The difference is related to the FX (foreign exchange) markup applied when a payment is converted from one currency to another. Banks and payment processors typically add a small markup to the market exchange rate to cover their costs.

This FX rate comes directly from the payment processor and is not a fee charged by Ziina. Ziina simply passes through the exact rate we receive, without adding any additional charges.
