How long does the top-up take?

Card top-ups are instant once approved, so your balance should update right away.

If you don’t see the funds yet, it usually means something didn’t go through as expected. You can quickly check the following:

  • Was the payment completed?
    If the amount wasn’t deducted from your bank account, the top-up didn’t go through.

  • Is your account eligible?
    Top-ups are available for Personal accounts only.

  • Is your card supported?
    Only UAE-issued cards are accepted for card top-ups.

  • Try a quick refresh
    Close and reopen the app, then check your balance again.

If you used a bank transfer, it may take a bit longer as some transfers require verification before being credited.
