Your balance can show up to three amounts:
Available: money you can use right now to cash out, transfer or spend with your Ziina card.
Available soon: card payments you've received that will be ready to use the next day.
On hold: money that's temporarily held because a customer has disputed a payment.
Available soon and On hold only appear when there's money in them.
