Cash outs, transfers and Ziina card spending use your Available balance only. If part of your total balance can't be used yet, it's either:
Available soon: recent card payments that will be ready the next day.
On hold: a disputed payment, held until the dispute is resolved.
Once money is in your Available balance, you can cash out to your bank instantly.
