Yes, there’s no need to wait. Open the payment in the Ziina app and tap Refund. The refund is taken from that payment while it’s still Available soon, so it doesn’t affect your Available balance.
You can refund the full amount or part of it. If you refund part of a payment, the rest will be ready on schedule, and you can still refund it later.
