Troubleshoot Error messages you may be encountering when signing up for your Ziina account

Please see below for a list of errors you may encounter and possible fixes for the issues you may encounter:

Please resubmit your Emirates ID and a selfie. Ensure the photo of yourself matches your EID.

Ensure you have good lighting, avoid any glare, face the camera directly and ensure your full face is in view.

It looks like you have a more updated Emirates ID. Please resubmit with your most recent one.

Submit your most recent Emirates ID.

Unfortunately, we can’t onboard you at this time.

Ensure your residency visa is valid.

Looks like there was a glare. Make sure your camera is clean and all information on the ID is clearly visible.
