Multi-Currency Payments

We are excited to announce the launch of our new multi-currency feature, which allows you to charge customers in their local currencies on your website. This feature is currently available only with website integration and for the following currencies:

  • Bahraini Dinar (BHD)

  • Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD)

  • Omani Rial (OMR)

  • Qatari Riyal (QAR)

  • Saudi Riyal (SAR)

  • United States Dollar (USD)

  • Euro (EUR)

  • British Pound Sterling (GBP)

  • Indian Rupee (INR)

We regularly add new currencies, so keep an eye out for updates.

Please note that when you charge your customer in their local currency, there is an additional fee of 1.5% per transaction, along with the regular transaction fee of 2.9% + 1 AED, making it a total transaction fee of 4.4% + 1 AED.

For instructions on setting up multi-currency on your website:

  • Shopify: Please visit this link

  • WooCommerce: To accept payments in different currencies on your WooCommerce website, you need to install a multicurrency plugin

  • If you are using Ziina’s API directly, please see our documentation here for how to configure different currencies

Once you save the settings, your website will automatically use the selected currency. You will not need to make any further changes.

Feel free to reach out to our support team for further assistance or if you would like to request a specific currency. We look forward to hearing from you!
