Aside from analyzing competitor stores, ZIK Analytics also gives you detailed analytics for your eBay store. The software keeps track of everything going on and shows you important details on an easy-to-access interface.

Follow the steps below to access analytics for your store. (Learn here how you can add your eBay store)

Be sure to check out the tutorial video accompanying this guide for a step-by-step visual walkthrough of the process!

Step 1: Access the Store Analytics through the Management Panel

Click on the Management Panel icon in the left side bar menu.

Next, choose the Store Analytics option, you will be redirected to the analytics page for your store.

The tab in the top left area shows you important statistics like the Sell-through rate, Total Revenue, Sold Items, Active Listings, and Average Price. On the right, you can see two-point graphs.

My Sales & Revenue graph shows you the revenue your store generated each day for the past 30 days. Hover over any single point on the graph and you can see the exact amount generated that day.

Below that, you have the Rush Day graph, which shows you on which days you made the most and the least sales. Simply hovering over any point will show you how many sales were made on that weekday.

The Sales & Revenue graph helps you determine the progress your store is making and whether you are on a positive trajectory in terms of revenue. On the other hand, the Rush Day graph helps you determine which days bring in the most sales, so you can launch new products on busy days and also adjust your ad campaigns accordingly.

Below that, you can see a list of all the items that you have listed in your store. For each product, you can see the image, title, current price, quantity sold, and revenue. You can use the search bar to find a single item or a group of similar items.

On the top left corner of the page, you have the Disconnect store button, which will disconnect your store from ZIK Analytics.

Beside the disconnect store button, you will find the Store settings icon which will redirect you to the Store Analytics tab inside the Advanced Settings page.
