Zilara has two separate Holding Tanks in your Back Office: one for Binary placement and one for Matrix placement.
When you personally enroll a new member, they will appear in the appropriate Placement Hold area while waiting to be placed.
If you do not complete the placement within 7 days of enrollment, the system will automatically place the member and remove them from the Holding Tank.
