MRP Points do not expire as long as you remain active in the Member Rewards Program by maintaining a qualifying Auto-Delivery order of at least 10 CV every 31 days.
If you become inactive, your accumulated MRP Points are forfeited and your MRP earning percentage resets to 5%.
In some cases, Zilara Customer Support may be able to restore your lost points and previous earning percentage by assisting with a qualifying backdated order.
