Why can’t I find one of my Personally Enrolled Members (PEMs) in my Back Office?

The My PEMs area of your Zilara Back Office displays active Personally Enrolled Members by default.

If you do not see someone listed, select View Inactive above the member table to display PEMs who are currently inactive.
