The CV from your Consultant order is distributed between two areas of the Zilara Compensation Plan.
The first 10 CV is applied to the Matrix (Community). Any CV above the first 10 flows into the Binary (Team).
This means that if your order is exactly 10 CV, all of the volume is contributing to your Matrix, with no remaining CV to flow into your Binary.
Once an order exceeds 10 CV, the additional volume will begin flowing into the Binary. Your volume isn’t missing. It’s simply contributing to a different part of the Compensation Plan.
