Why was my MRP changed to 10%?

During the transition from HBN to Zilara, Member Rewards Program history did not carry over in a way that allows the system to automatically recognize the full length of every member’s previous ordering history.

Because MRP percentages are normally earned over time through consistent qualifying orders, some accounts may currently display a percentage based only on their ordering history since the move to Zilara. This means some longtime members who had already earned the 30% MRP level may temporarily see 10% on their account.

If you had already earned 30% MRP prior to the transition and your account is currently showing 10%, you will still receive the full 30% you earned. We are manually crediting the additional 20% while we work through these migrated accounts.

Please also keep in mind that maintaining your earned MRP percentage requires the qualifying monthly Auto-Delivery outlined in the Member Rewards Program. If that requirement is not met, your MRP percentage may adjust accordingly.

Newer members will continue to earn their MRP percentage through the normal Member Rewards Program progression.
