These custom value prompts are what are used to tell the AI Agent what the purpose of the conversation is and important information about your business. We set the AI agent up to work with the custom values in your account so you have easy access to edit and update these.
Go into ZipLeads > Settings > Custom Values:
Click into Folders > AI Agent Folder:
You will then see 3 or 4 Custom Values within this folder:
1. AI Important Business Information:
This is where we tell the AI Agent about your business. However this shouldn’t be to long, this should just be a basic overview of what your business is and what your offerings are. Anything outside of this such as membership options, pricing, timetables or opening hours should be added to the knowledge library which is covered in a separate video, which you can find HERE.
2. AI Reason For Conversation:
This is just to give the AI agent background as to why and how the conversation is happening with the lead. This should mainly just be information the different scenarios where leads can opt in, anything to do with what the ai agent should do with that lead is covered by what we add into the ai agent settings in closebot when it is set up.
3. Pre AI Outreach Message:
This is just letting the ai agent know what message the lead received before they replied back and triggered the AI Agent.
4. AI Agent Name
You also may have an AI Agent Name custom value, which is just the assistant name that the AI Agent will go by however for some newer accounts this is set up in the back end of the CloseBot Settings if you don’t have this custom value here.
If you need to update any of these custom values, click the 3 dots on the right of the custom value and Select Edit:
Then you need to select ALL of the text in the 'Value' Box, then copy this information and paste it in a separate word document, updating it in the word document and then pasting it back in the 'Value' Box and hit update:
