As we’re moving from Stripe to PayPal, please follow these steps to download your Stripe statements for your records:
Log in to Zoee
Head over to Client Payments and click Stripe Dashboard
You will be taken to your Stripe dashboard, and sent a verification code to the phone number you linked when creating your Stripe account.
Navigate to the Balance tab.
On the left hand side of your dashboard you will see Overview and Balance. Select the Balance tab.
Select Export
From the dashboard, select the Export button.
Choose the data you want to export
We recommend that you select All for both date range and columns for your records.
Download the Report
Click Export. A CSV file will download to your device, containing the transactions you selected.
Save a Copy
For ease of access, save this file in a secure location on your device.
Following these steps will ensure you have a record of your Stripe transactions as we move to PayPal.
