As we transition to using PayPal, follow these simple steps to set up your PayPal Business account and get ready to accept payments seamlessly on Zoee!
Step 1: Access the PayPal Business Sign-Up Page
Go to the PayPal Business Account Sign-Up page to begin the registration process. This will take you to the account setup form.
We recommend a PayPal Business account because it offers features tailored to professional needs, such as enhanced security, streamlined transactions, and better tracking for your business finances. Plus, it ensures compatibility with Zoee’s platform for a seamless billing experience.
Step 2: Add Your Business Basics
Enter your Legal First and Last Name.
Choose your Business Type (e.g., Sole Proprietorship, Corporation).
Provide your Business Name—this is what customers will see.
Fill in your Business Address and Business Phone Number.
Select your Product or Service Category and any relevant Subcategory.
If you have a website, enter your Business URL (optional).
Once complete, click "Agree and Continue".
Step 3: Provide Personal Information
Enter your Date of Birth.
Provide your Home Address.
(For U.S. users) Enter the Last Four Digits of Your Social Security Number.
Disclaimer: Depending on your business type and location, PayPal may require additional information, such as your Social Security Number (SSN) in the U.S., Tax Identification Number (TIN), or other business registration details. This is necessary for identity verification and compliance with financial regulations.
Step 4: Agree and Create Account
Click "Agree and Create Account" to complete this section and be redirected to your PayPal dashboard.
Step 5: Confirm Your Email Address
Check your email for a confirmation message from PayPal.
Click the link in the email to verify your email address and activate your account.
Step 6: Link Your Bank Account
Log in to your PayPal account and go to the Wallet section.
Click "Link a bank account".
Enter your Bank Name, Routing Number, and Account Number.
Click "Link Bank".
Within 1-3 business days, PayPal will make two small deposits to your bank account. Once you see these deposits:
Log back into your PayPal account.
