How do I get paid in Zoee?

Payments are automatically processed through Stripe

Zoee is fully automated so you don’t have to worry about manually handling your client invoices, payments, cancellations, and financial transactions.

Once your client selects a program and book their first session with you, Zoee will charge them based on the installment rules you created in your service. The payment will be processed through Stripe and your payout after processing fees will be deposited to your connected bank account

Sync Bank Account:

  1. To sync your bank account with Stripe, go to Manage in the Navigation Tab.

  2. Click on Get Paid.

  3. Verify your Identity by using any of the following valid IDs.

    • Driver’s License

    • Passport

  4. Connect your bank account.

    • You will be taken to Stripe’s website to enter your details including your bank information.

Payment Processing Fees via Stripe

Zoee utilizes Stripe as its payment gateway, and the fees are structured at 2.9% plus $0.30 per transaction. In this guide, we'll break down these fees, explain how they work.

Percentage Fee (2.9%)

The 2.9% fee is calculated based on the total transaction amount. For every dollar processed through Stripe, a fee of 2.9 cents is incurred.

Fixed Fee ($0.30)

In addition to the percentage fee, there is a fixed fee of $0.30 per transaction. This fixed amount is charged irrespective of the transaction value.

Payout Example

Understanding how these fees affect your payouts is crucial for effective financial planning. Here's a simple example:

Transaction Amount: $100.00

Percentage Fee (2.9%): $2.90

Fixed Fee: $0.30

Total Fee: $2.90 + $0.30 = $3.20

Net Payout: $100.00 - $3.20 = $96.80

Your actual net payout after fees will be $96.80 for a $100.00 transaction.

Payout Speed via Stripe.

Your first payout on Stripe takes 7 days on average, but can take up to 14 days. Subsequent payout take between 3-5 days.
