I received an invite from my coach about joining Zoee. What should my next steps be?

Set up your account and drop a message to your coach

Received an Invite from your coach to join Zoee, now what’s next? First of all, welcome to Zoee!

Join Zoee:

  1. To start setting up your Member Account, click the link that was sent to you via email.

  2. Enter your details once the Create Member Account form appears.

  3. Click Enter.

  4. Verify your email address to activate your account.

  5. Lastly, set up your account.

    • You can start by visiting your account settings to edit your Personal Info, set up Payment Methods, and sync your Calendar.

Say Hello!

You can also drop a Hello to your Coach through your Inbox to let them know you’re here.

  1. To send a message, go to Inbox in the navigation panel.

    • Here you will see all your Active Messages.

    • You can also send files and attachments.

  2. Click New Chat located at the top right corner.

  3. Select your coach's name to start a conversation.



Finding my Coach's Services and Enrolling:

  1. To locate your coach after creating your account, click on My Coaches on your navigational bar.

  2. Select your Coach.

  3. Click on Schedule with (Coach name) and See All Services.

  4. Select the Service you'd like to view or enroll in.

  5. Click on Enroll in Service to continue onto to payment.

  6. 1. If your coach has given you a promo code, click on Add Promocode on the right side of the page and add in the promo code.


    2. Add Payment Method.


    3. ✔️ Check "I have read and agree to the Agreement & Disclosures and Payment Authorization, and the refund policy provided by Zoee".


    4. Click on Purchase.

Scheduling Service:

  1. A. To continue to schedule your session with your Coach, if you've just enrolled, click on Schedule Service. Then continue to step 2.


    B.1. If you are planning to schedule on a later time, go to My Coaches.


    B.2. Select your Coach.


    B.3. Scroll down until you see My Services.


    B.4. Click on Schedule Session for the service you'd like to use.

  2. Select a Date and Time of your preference or a Date and Time that was discussed between you and your Coach.

  3. Click on Next.

  4. To complete scheduling, click on Send Invite.

My Coach sent me a message on Zoee with a Form, how do I get to it?:

  1. Click on Inbox on your navigational bar.

  2. From here, you will see your messages from your coach. Click on the form/file that your coach has sent you and it should download!

  3. In your browser, check your Downloads to find the form you've just downloaded.

  4. Open up the Form and complete for your Coach! 🎉
