This is a great question to ask your coach! Your coach may offer multiple services, so it’s important to know which one is right for you.

Consultation:

This is an introductory meeting between you and your coach. The purpose of a consultation is for your coach to get to know you better and find our what your goals are. This is also a good chance for you to get to know your coach and decide whether they align with your specific needs and goals!

Session:

Once you decide to move forward with your coach, after a consultation, you can start having sessions with your coach. A session is a regular coaching meeting, where your coach will help you progress towards your goal.

Program:

A coaching program is a structured set of coaching sessions. Some programs may include group coaching sessions, workshops, online resources, and predetermined support material.

We recommend that you read the descriptions of all services on your coach’s profile page to get a better understanding of what is offered. In addition, you can reach out to your coach using the chat feature to ask more questions about a particular service.

If you have further questions or feedback, you can contact the Zoee team by clicking the chat button next to your profile icon or drop us an email at support@zoee.com - we'd love to hear from you!
