When you are creating your services, you can choose to Enable them, which will make them visible to the public, or you can choose not to enable them so that you can save them as drafts and edit them later.
Publish Services:
To publish your services, go to Manage in the Navigation Panel.
Go to My Services.
Click Unpublished.
Click Edit.
Ensure that the Enabled toggle is on.
Next, go back to Manage and visit My Profile Page.
Click Services.
Ensure that Service Visible (Public) toggle is on.
