How do I message my clients on Zoee?

Communicating with your clients is crucial for your mutual success

At Zoee, we offer a convenient built-in messaging service that keeps you seamlessly connected and up-to-date with your clients. Stay in constant communication to ensure a smooth flow of information and updates.

Send a Message:

  1. Go to your inbox by clicking the Inbox tab in the navigation bar.

    • Here you will see all active messages.

  2. Click the New Chat button to start a new conversation with one of your contacts.

  3. Search for a contact by name to add them to the chat.

    • Pro tip: There are multiple ways to start a chat with a client! You can also start a conversation by clicking on a client in your Contacts tab. The message button will appear in the top right corner of the client’s profile.
