How to create & use coach promo codes

You can now create custom promo codes to share with clients to use when purchasing individual services on your Zoee profile. Note: At this time, you can only create promo codes for individual services. Promo code capabilities for group or recurring services to be added soon.

How To Create A Promo Code

  1. Go to "My Services" page and click "Create a Promo Code" button

  2. Enter details for your promo code including:

    1. Promotion Name - this will be the code you share with clients.

    2. Description - a brief description of the code for your reference.

    3. Type - you can choose Amount($) or Percent(%) off.

    4. Amount - the amount off based on the type you chose.

3. Click "Save". Your promo code with now be visible under the "Promo Codes" tab on your "My Services" page.

  • You can copy the code by clicking on the copy icon on the right of the screen.

  • You can delete a promo code by clicking on the trash can icon.

For Clients: How To Use A Promo Code

Clients who receive a promo code from their coach can use it at checkout for individual services in these easy step:

  1. Visit your coach's Zoee profile page

  2. Navigate to the individual service you would like to purchase and click "Enroll In Service"

  3. On the enrollment screen, click on "Add Promocode" in the payment summary, enter your promo code, and click the "Save" button.

  4. If valid, your promo code will apply to your order total. Your code will either be for a dollar amount or a percentage off the total cost of the service.

  5. Continue the payment flow and complete enrollment of service.
