1:1 Coaching Services

Single Session

This is your pay-by-the-hour approach to coaching. It’s perfect for:

  • One-off meetings with new or existing clients.

  • Clients who need specific guidance or a quick check-in.

Package

Offer a collection of individual sessions bundled together for clients to prepay and use as needed. This is ideal for:

  • Clients who want a series of sessions to work toward a goal.

  • Adding convenience and commitment for ongoing coaching.

Recurring

Structure a program with a specific outcome in mind by scheduling regular sessions. Examples include:

  • A 10-week coaching journey with weekly meetings.

  • Monthly sessions over a six-month period.

Group Coaching Services

Single Session

This works like the 1:1 single session but in a group setting. It’s great for:

  • Hosting group workshops or webinars.

  • Short-term topics or Q&A sessions.

Package

Bundle a series of group sessions for a structured program. Use this option for:

Creating Promo Codes

Promo codes are an excellent way to attract new clients, reward loyal ones, or incentivize early sign-ups. Follow these steps to create and manage promo codes:

How to Create a Promo Code

  1. Navigate to the "My Services" page.

  2. Click the dropdown in the top right corner and select "Add Promo Code."

  3. Fill out the following details:

    • Promotion Name: This will be the code clients use.

    • Description: A brief description for your reference.

    • Type: Choose either "Amount ($)" or "Percent (%)" off.

    • Amount: Specify the discount amount based on the type selected.

  4. Click "Save." Your promo code will appear under the "Promo Codes" tab on your "My Services" page.

Managing Promo Codes

  • Enable Promo Codes: During service creation or editing, make sure to enable promo codes for the services you want to apply them to.

  • Copy a Code: Use the copy icon next to the code to easily share it with clients.

  • Delete a Code: Click the trash can icon to remove a promo code you no longer need.

Maximize your service offerings and client satisfaction by combining different service types with promo codes:

  • Offer a discount on a recurring program to encourage sign-ups.
