Acceptable Documents For Proof Of Address

Please be advised that our compliance team retains the right to request any necessary documents.

You can provide one of the following documents to confirm your address:

  • Utility bill (electricity, water, gas, or rent bill)

  • Bank or credit card statement (in some cases, a bank statement may not be acceptable)

  • Council tax, municipality bill, or government tax notice

  • An official letter from your employer or educational institution, stamped and signed, confirming your address

  • Tenancy agreement

  • Bank reference letter – This should be an informational letter containing some details about you and the bank. The letter must be in English and meet these requirements:

    • Displays full contact details of the bank

    • Includes your full name and address

    • Shows the date the account was opened and the type of account

    • Displays the date the letter was issued

Please note that the following documents will not be accepted:

  • Mobile phone, internet, and TV bills

  • Purchase receipts

  • Medical invoices

Your proof of address must meet the following criteria:

  • Upload an original photo or a PDF file of the document; screenshots are not acceptable

  • All documents must be issued within the last 6 months and be in Latin international format

  • Must include your full name and address

  • Must show the name of the issuing entity and the date of issuance

  • The entire document must be clearly visible in the photo
