Lost Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

If you’ve lost access to your 2FA code, please reach out to us from the email associated with your account at support@zonebit.com and we will begin the 2FA recovery process.

We’ll request some basic information related to your account, and once we've reviewed and verified the details, you’ll regain access to your account within 48 hours.
