When placing orders there are a few things to keep in mind to make your shopping experience even better.

You'll be able to see all your orders in one location, including order numbers, dates of purchase, payment status, fulfillment status, and order totals ($). This is also the best way to confirm your order status in case you did not find the confirmation email in your inbox. (Tip: make sure we have your correct email address and check your spam or junk folder!)

Once an order is fulfilled, we will send you another email with tracking information. You can also track your package easily by going to your order history, selecting the order, and viewing the tracking number next to each item. If your order is split into multiple packages, you'll have access to all tracking numbers.

You have the option to store your preferred shipping addresses to make your shopping experience go faster! During checkout, you can select any of your stored shipping addresses so you don't have to enter the details each time and you can avoid mistakes. You can also edit or delete each address as needed.

Dont forget - if you are a ZIN or SYNC member, make sure to login to your account to receive your member discount! The discount will be automatically applied to all your items.
