Create Bundle Options

Guide to the bundle creation options

You can find extra PDF creation options by clicking the small button in the bottom right of the Creation group on the Zylpha ribbon.

This will open up a window with a handful of extra options regarding your PDF creation. These options are explained below.

Option

Description

Allows you to select the type of bundle to be created:

  • PDF - Creates a paginated and indexed PDF document

  • Files - Creates a folder with the documents in (Deal Bible)

This allows you to input a file path to the location you want the bundle to be saved to. If left blank a temporary file will be created and you will need to save the PDF manually after creation

Controls whether the version text will be displayed on the cover page

Allows you to input verson text which will be displayed in the footer of the bundle

Controls whether the index will appear in the bundle

User-added image

Controls whether the separator pages will appear in the bundle

Controls whether the bundle will print on both sides of the page

Allows you to create a bundle with key documents, removing non essential documents. Removed documents will be listed in the index, but ommited from the body of the bundle

Controls whether the bundle will be a draft bundle, or a chargeable bundle. For more information on draft bundles, please see our How to Create a Draft Bundle article

Allows you to select the conversion method for the bundle documents:

  • Remote - Documents are converted to PDFs on a server

  • Local - Documents are converted to PDFs locally on your machine
