Updated this week

When adding different files to your bundle there are a few possible symbols that may appear next to the documents name on the Sections & Documents window. These are shown and explained below:

Warning

Description

User-added image

This symbol means that the file type is unsupported and bundling may not be able to convert it to a PDF. If you do attempt to create the PDF with an unsupported file type it may cause the creation process to fail. As an alternative you should try to open the file and attempt to save it as a PDF, or an alternate file type that bundling does support

The padlock means that the file you have selected is password protected. When you begin the PDF creation it will prompt you to enter the password. It is worth noting that you will be asked to enter the password every time you attempt to create the PDF, this is to stop unwanted users using bundling as a way to circumvent the password

User-added image

This warning displays if the file is no longer in the same place as it was when you first added it to the bundle. The missing file will not appear in the final bundle, bundling will notify you of this in the creation output window
