Document Editor: Content Editing

How to edit text and content on your documents and bundles

Updated this week

Note: The document editor is only available for SOLO and TEAMS accounts.

Our in-built PDF editor contains a content editor, allowing you to add, remove and edit text in your documents and bundles.

To access this, open the target document or bundle in the PDF editor. Guidance on this can be found below:

With the document/bundle open in the PDF editor, you can select the content editor option on the ribbon.

This will search the document for any editable text and will surround the text with a box. To edit the text or add text, click inside one of the generated text boxes - you can then delete, edit or add text by typing.

There are also a number of formatting options found on the ribbon with the content editor open. These include, text colour, font, font size, bold and italics. Clicking the rubbish bin icon with a text box selected will delete the text box.

Once you have completed your text amendments, make sure to save the changes by clicking the "Save and close" button.
