Text can be added in the PDF editor either at a document level or bundle level. More guidance on opening documents or bundles in the PDF editor can be found here.
With your document open in the PDF editor, first select the "Text" tool in the ribbon.
With the text tool selected, click anywhere on the PDF to add a text box to that location. You can then type in the required text into the text box.
Using the sub-ribbon you can change the text formatting, including font, colour and text alignment.
