You can use our email dethreading function to split an email chain into it's individual messages. This is useful if you require an index entry for each individual email in a chain.
To begin, first right-click the target email, and select "Dethread".
This will split the email chain into it's individual messages, and place these in chronological order below the source email with the earliest message at the top.
You can then delete the source email if necessary.
