You can use our email trimming function to trim the messages in an email chain, leaving the first message in the chain. This is useful if you have an email chain, but only require the first email in the chain.
To begin, first right-click the target email and select "Properties".
This will open the document properties on the right-hand side. Here, toggle "Trim remaining email threads".
