How to add, remove and rotate pages

This article provides guidance on adding, removing and rotating pages in your bundle

Using the document editor, you are able to add, remove or rotate the pages in your bundle or documents

If you wish to amend an individual document in the document editor, you can right click on your document and select edit.

Alternatively, if you wish to edit your whole bundle, you can click "Edit PDF" after your bundle has generated. Note: you cannot add or remove pages when using the document editor on a finished bundle.

This will open up the document editor, and allow you to make amendments to the document. You can add, remove and delete pages using the "Document Editor" option in the toolbar.

After selecting the "Document Editor" tool, a window will appear showing each of the document's pages in thumbnail view. You can then begin selecting the pages you wish to make amendments to (you can select more than one page). The functions available are explained below.

  1. New Page - This will add a blank page at the beginning of the document (you do not need to select any documents before using this function)

  2. Delete Page - This will delete all selected pages from the document

  3. Rotate Left - Rotates the selected pages 90 degrees anti-clockwise

  4. Rotate Right - Rotates the selected pages 90 degrees clockwise

  5. Move Before - Moves the selected pages up one space in the order

  6. Move After - Moves the selected pages down one space in the order

  7. Import Document - Allows you to select a document to import into this one (the imported document will be placed at the beginning of the original document)

  8. Save - Saves your page amendments
