Reasons why your account might be deactivated
Reasons why your account might be deactivated
Updated over 6 months ago

It seems like your account has been deactivated, but don't worry, we're here to help. This might have happened for a couple of reasons:

  1. If you have a free account, and you haven't logged in for 30 days or more.

  2. If you have a paid account that either you chose not to renew automatically or if we couldn't process the payment at renewal.

We take your security very seriously, and that's why we have certain rules in place regarding inactive accounts.

If you're on a free licence, all you need to do is log in at least once every 30 days to keep your account active. Otherwise, we'll deactivate it and then fully delete it (including all your documents and bundles) after an additional 30 days.

For those with a "Solo" licence, your account will stay active for the duration of your licence (whether it's monthly or annually). If you've set your licence to "Auto Renew," we'll try to process the payment a few days before it's due. If successful, your license will renew automatically. However, if the payment fails or if you've turned off auto-renewal, your account will be deactivated and then fully deleted (including all your documents and bundles) after an additional 30 days.

Now, what can you do about it? If you believe your account was deactivated by mistake, please reach out to us at support@zylpha.com. While we can't reactivate deleted accounts, we're more than happy to assist you in setting up a new one if needed.

We're here to make sure you have a smooth experience, so don't hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions or concerns.
