Guide on getting you back into your account

If you are experiencing difficulties logging into your account, we suggest resetting your password as a first step โ€“ you can do this by following this link.

Should you remain unable to log in even after resetting your password, it's possible that your account has been deactivated or deleted. For information regarding our deactivation and deletion policy, please refer to our account deactivation/deletion policy.

In such an event, please contact us at support@zylpha.com so we may assist in reactivating your account. While we can't reactivate deleted accounts, we're more than happy to assist you in setting up a new one if needed.
