How to invite new users to your team

Note: This function is only available to team administrators.

A team administrator can invite new users to the team - allowing them to join groups and share their bundles within the team.

This can be done in the administration panel, which can be accessed by first clicking your avatar at the top-right of the screen and selecting "Administration".

The administration panel will default to the "Users" section, here you can invite new users, manage existing invitations and manage existing users. For more information on these functions, please see the articles below:

Inviting an individual user

To invite a new user, select the "Manage Invitations" button.

Here, select "Invite".

You can then type in the email address of the user you wish to invite and click "Invite". This will send them an email invitation to join the team.

Inviting multiple users

You are also able to send invitations to multiple emails at once using a .CSV file. Simply create a .CSV file in a spreadsheet application with one column containing the email addresses you wish to send an invite to (without a heading) and upload this using the "Upload CSV" button.

Example CSV format:

After uploading your .CSV file, a panel will pop-up allowing you to select and deselect the emails you wish to invite. Clicking "Submit" will send out an invitation to the selected email addresses.
