Note: This feature is available to users with a Teams licence.
Sharing your bundle with another user will allow you to collaborate on bundles with other members of your team - enabling them to amend and generate the bundle.
Sharing a bundle directly with another team member
To share your bundle, first open the bundle to the editing page, and select the "Manage bundle access" button.
This will open up the bundle sharing panel. To share this bundle directly to another user, select the "People" tab, and click the green "+" icon on the target team member.
The target team member, will now have access to the bundle - allowing them to amend and generate the PDF.
Revoking access to a bundle
You can also remove access to a bundle previously shared with a team member. To do this simply open the bundle sharing panel, navigate to the "People" tab and select the red "X" icon next to the user.
