Note: This function is only available to team administrators.

Administrator accounts have visibility of all bundles created within a team. This allows them to transfer ownership of a bundle from one user to another - which can be useful if a user is going on annual leave or has left the company.

To begin, first open up the administration accessed by clicking your avatar at the top-right of the screen, and selecting "Administration".

You can then view a user's bundles by clicking the box icon in the selected user's row.

This will show you a list of the user's bundles. To transfer ownership of a bundle, select the arrow icon on the bundle row and select the target user on the right-hand side. Alternatively you can click "Select all" to transfer all of the user's bundles to a new user.

You will then be prompted to confirm the bundle transfer. Clicking confirm will transfer the selected bundle(s) to the target user.
