Welcome to the instructional guide for the Bid Search functionality in Awarded.AI. This guide will walk you through the steps to effectively search for and manage opportunities using our platform.
Accessing the Bid Search Tool
Navigate to the Bid Search Tool:
Locate the menu and select the Bid Search button.
Searching for Opportunities
Keyword Search:
Enter any relevant keywords into the search bar.
Press Enter or click the Search button.
The system will search through all the most recent federal opportunities based on your keywords.
Using Filters:
You can refine your search using various filters:
Location: Specify the location for the opportunity.
Due Date: Set a due date for the opportunity.
Posted Date: Filter by the date the opportunity was posted.
Agencies: Multi-select applicable agencies.
NAICS Codes: Select relevant NAICS codes.
Set-Aside Codes: Choose applicable set-aside codes.
Notice Types: Filter by notice types.
Saving and Managing Searches
Saving Searches:
Once you've set your search criteria, click the Save button.
Name your search (e.g., "New Search") and save it to the database.
Managing Saved Searches:
You can apply, update, edit, rename, or delete your saved searches as needed.
Viewing and Analyzing Details
Accessing Opportunity Details:
Click on the Details button to view all information about a specific opportunity.
Use the AI to generate summaries or ask for AI advisory on the opportunity.
Adding to Pipeline:
You can directly add the opportunity to your pipeline from the details view.
AI Analysis
Launching AI Analysis:
Inside the found opportunity, you can perform an AI analysis by launching the AI chat tool.
Note: This feature is currently in beta and may not be available to all users.
Viewing Your Pipeline
Accessing the Pipeline:
View your pipeline by selecting the Pipeline button on the menu bar.
