What Data is Available in Bid Search?
You can access solicitation data from SAM.gov directly in Bid Search.
Is SAM.gov the only source from which Bid Search pulls solicitations?
Yes, SAM.gov is the main source of solicitation information that is accessible with Bid Search.
Can you search for bids by agency, location, due date, NAICS code, solicitation type, etc.?
Yes. Using the “Filters” dropdown to the right of the search bar can filter your search by different criteria.
*Be sure to click “Apply” once you’ve selected your filters*
After performing multiple consecutive searches, my bid results seem less relevant. Why is this happening?
Each search term appears as a “tag” beneath the search bar. To search for one specific keyword or phrase at a time, ensure you delete previous search terms (“tags”) before beginning a new search.
Can I export a list of solicitations?
Yes! Simply click export to automatically download a .csv file.
Can I save my standard and most often used searches?
Yes! Use the “Save” button to the far right of the search bar. You can also refer back to previous saved searches as well.
Is there a way to view the list of opportunities that displays more information on the solicitation?
Yes! If you select the four squares next to the "Export" button you can change the view of your opportunity search to a card view that provides more information on the opportunities you are viewing.

How can I display more than just 10 opportunities at a time in Bid Search?
At the bottom of the page there is an option to select how many opportunities you would like to display per page. You can choose anywhere from 10 to up to 50 opportunities per page.
