Accessing the Data Hub
Navigate to the Data Hub:
On your AI chat screen or from the login page, go over to the left to find the Data Hub.
Click on the Data Hub to enter.
Setting Up Integrations
Accessing the Integrations Tab:
Inside the Data Hub, locate and click on the Integrations tab.
This will take you to the external integrations page.
Creating a New Integration:
Start a new connection by clicking on the New Connection button.
Give your integration a name (e.g., "Larry's SharePoint").
Click on Create to set up the SharePoint integration.
Once created, you will see the new external integration listed on the home page.
Managing and Syncing Integrations
Syncing Your Integration:
Go to Manage and select Connect to SharePoint.
Complete the authentication process.
After authentication, you will see your SharePoint sites and sync status.
Accessing and Syncing Files:
Go to Manage Integrations.
Here, you will see:
Individual SharePoint sites you have access to.
Drives available on those SharePoint sites.
Folders and files stored on those drives, organized as per your structure.
To bring files and folders over to the tool:
Click on the folder or expand it.
Select individual files if you prefer.
The selected files will be queued and will start syncing. You will be notified once the sync is complete.
Access Control:
Access to SharePoint sites and drives is determined by your internal IT's access control rights.
You will only have access to what is available to you, as determined by your IT team.
