1. Access Integrations:

  • Navigate to the Data Hub.

  • Select "Integrations."

2. Set Up New Connection:

  • If no integration exists, click to create a new connection.

  • Name the connection (e.g., "SharePoint File Upload").

  • Select "Microsoft SharePoint" and click to create the connection.

3. Connect to SharePoint (0:15):

  • Click to “Connect to SharePoint”.

  • Select a site for file upload.

4. Navigate to Documents:

  • Go to "Documents" within the selected site or drive.

  • Choose the folder or folders for files to upload.

5. Select Files for Upload (0:40):

  • Choose specific files or folders (e.g., "Alliant 3").

  • Monitor sync status for progress and errors. This may take a few minutes.

    • NOTE: You can see up here on the sync status how many have been synced, what's working and processing, what's queued, what has failed, and what is cancelled.

6. View Uploaded Files (1:15):

  • Return to Data Hub.

  • Access "Files" to view uploaded documents in the designated folder.

7. Manage Large File Uploads (2:20):

  • For over 500 files, follow the same process.

  • Manage folders and assign sites as needed.

  • Allow time for large file syncs, checking progress periodically.

8. Verify Upload Completion (3:05):

  • Ensure all files appear in the intended folder after sync.
