A frequently asked question guide to answer some common questions regarding utilizing the Datahub in Awarded AI

Files

Overview: Our Datahub File Manager provides you with a full file explorer with the intent to keep your files in one place within Awarded AI.

The File Manager provides you with the option to create new folders to keep all of the solicitation documents for an opportunity together.

You can also upload your files in the File Manager too by selecting "Uploader."

Clicking "Share" will allow you to share all selected files with other people within your organization.

Web Scrapes

Overview: Our web scraping capabilities provide you with a powerful tool to gather and analyze data directly from the web. Whether you're researching competitors or seeking insights on specific solutions, our system offers the flexibility and intelligence you need. As always, please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or need further assistance!

Access the web scraper from the datahub menu option. Once you are in the Web Scraper select "New Web Scrape."

After you have clicked "+ New Web Scrape" you will be redirected to this menu to name your new web scrape and provide the URL you would like the web scrape to start on. Web Scrapes can either crawl only the one single URL provided or up to 20 different pages.

Once these steps are complete, click "Start Web Scrape." You will then be directed to Test page where you can see the landing page of the URL you provided, the Scrape Summary, and Configurations.

Once your web scrape is complete, navigate back to the main "Files" function in Datahub. After you are back in the File Manager find the folder called "Web Scrapes" to view the results of the web scrape once it has completed syncing.

Integrations

Overview: Integrations in Datahub enables seamless connectivity between your data and files and Awarded AI, allowing you to automate data ingestion and synchronization. This functionality ensures that users have access to their external files and folders enhancing data accuracy and decision-making capabilities by the AI. By leveraging these integrations, organizations can streamline workflows, reduce manual data entry, and improve overall operational efficiency. Follow the steps below to setup a new SharePoint Integration:

Create a new Integration by selecting one of the two "Add New Connection" options.

Provide the New Integration a name, select which Integration Type you need, and choose whether or not to share the integration with all other users within your company. Then click the blue "Create SharePoint Integration" button.

Now that you have created your new SharePoint Integration select either of the "Connect to SharePoint" buttons on the next page.

You will then need to select the SharePoint Site and SharePoint Drive, then select the files and folders that you would like to sync with Awarded AI.

Finally, after you have selected the files and folders that you would like to sync with Awarded AI you will be able to view the Sync Status of your new integration.

Once all of the files have synced, navigate back to the Datahub File Manager and access the Integrations folder to view all of your synced files.

Company Profile

Overview: The Company Profile feature is where you can go to include your company's information into Awarded AI. This information can be utilize in other features of Awarded AI as a reference point for the AI to use in your sessions. Below are the sections that you can input your company information into:

Company Nick Name

Company Acronyms

Company Background

Company Division

Services and Products

Company NAICS Codes

Company PSC Codes

Company Contract Vehicles

Company Set Aside Codes

Past Performance Write-Ups

Company Attachments
