Contacts Library
Overview: The Contacts feature in Awarded AI helps manage and organize key relationships by maintaining a centralized database with detailed information on a specific contact. It allows for categorization and tagging of contacts to make searching for a specific contact that much easier.
How can I set up a new contact?
Navigate to the main contacts function on the left side of the page and select contacts. From here, you can add a new contact and fill in all of the details and information that you have on the contact that you are creating.
After you click the blue "+Add Contact" button you will be redirect to this page to add all of the information on that contact. Once you are done inserting all of the information click "Add" at the bottom of the page.
*Don't forget to add a tag to your new contacts so they are easily searchable*
Where can I go to easily find a certain contact?
At the top of the page there is a search bar and a filtering option that makes it easier to find any specific contact that you are looking for. This also includes searching by tag and organization.
*Remember to click "Apply Filter"*
How do I bulk import a large volume of contacts from an external source?
Click Import, then click the "Choose File" box, then click “Download Sample File” and "Import" to download a template for bulk contact upload.
How do I export contacts from Awarded?
Clicking “Export” in the top right of the screen will automatically export all contacts you have populated in Awarded into an excel document. This should automatically download as a CSV file.
Is there a way to view more information on a contact besides just the list view?
Yes, simply click on the contacts name to view more of the details included in the contact. After you click on the persons name, you will be brought to this window here:

Overview: The Accounts feature in Awarded AI helps manage and organize key accounts by maintaining a centralized database of detailed information on a specific account. It allows for categorization and tagging of accounts making finding a specific account that much easier.
How can I set up a new account?
Navigate to the main Contacts function on the left side of the page and select Accounts. From here, you can add a new account and fill in all of the details and information that you have on the account that you are creating.
