Company Profile Setup Guide

Set up and use your company profile to enhance AI-driven content creation.

Navigate to the Company Profile:

  • Go to the data hub.

  • Select the company profile tab.

Fill Out the Company Profile:

  • Review existing information for Procurement Sciences.

  • To add more information:

    • Click "Edit" to fill in different tabs with company information.

    • Include past performance write-ups to cover various opportunities.

Add Knowledge to the Profile:

  • Click the "Add Knowledge" button at the top right.

  • Follow the instruction to separate multiple nodes of information with a semicolon.

  • Copy and paste information as needed, ensuring separation with semicolons.

  • Cancel if necessary.

Configure Profile Settings:

  • Go to profile configuration to see populated fields.

  • Select fields to be read by the AI.

  • Ensure all fields are enabled for comprehensive AI utilization.

Save the Company Profile:

  • Save changes to the profile.

Use the Company Profile in AI Chat:

  • Access AI chat.

  • Check the bottom for the "Sources" section.

  • Ensure the company profile is turned on (default is green "on" button).

  • Use prompts like “Use my company profile to create a draft executive summary.”

Leverage the Company Profile for Document Creation:

  • Use the profile for:

    • Executive summaries

    • Past performance write-ups

    • White papers

    • Capability statements

    • Case studies

Enhance AI Responses:

  • Tailor AI responses to align with company-specific information.

  • Improve proposal responses using company data.
