Your Coast Digital Account is YOUR bank account. So transferring to it from another external bank account should not raise concerns with your external bank. You are not purchasing cryptocurrency when you deposit and you are not selling cryptocurrency when you withdraw. So if your bank has ToS that restrict cryptocurrency transactions, it should be very easy to demonstrate that you are within the ToS.
Understand that, when you create an account with Coast, you are entering into agreements with three parties:
Coast - we act as a tech layer and provide the integration with PulseChain
Fortress Trust - they hold the money transmission licenses that our platform is based on and they manager the collateral account that backs $CST
BankProv - they are the depository bank where funds in your custodial account and funds in the Coast collateral account as actually held.
Deposits
When you deposit to your Coast account, your bank will ask you for recipient details. These can be found by navigating to the Mint & Burn page and using the "Deposit Cash" option. Details will change slightly depending on the deposit method you choose.
Notice that all deposits are sent to an account in YOUR NAME. You are not sending funds to Coast or Fortress, you are sending them to yourself.
Withdrawals
Your bank should not have any issues with you withdrawing funds to your bank account using an ACH (US) or Wise/Revolut (International). But it's good to have an explanation ready for if/when they ask the source of the funds. We've heard that most users are not hassled further if they simply explain that this transfer was a withdrawal from their Trust account.
Withdrawals to US banks will typically appear on statements in two different ways depending on the method of withdrawal you select.
ACH Withdrawals: "FORTRESS TC PAYMENT"
Wire Withdrawals: "WIRE TRANSFER FROM BANKPROV"
