Your buffer stays in the account — only profit above it is withdrawable. So to request the $250 minimum, you need your buffer amount plus $250.

First Payout

Earn the required profit above your starting balance — then request your first payout. There are no minimum trading days on the funded account. Once you're $250 above the buffer, you can request the same day.

Second Payout Onward — Continuity Rule

After your first payout, you don't need to get back to your old high balance. You just need enough profit since your last payout to take out at least $250.

To work out how much you can take out, check these three amounts. You can take out whichever one is smallest:

  • Double what you made since your last payout. Made $200? You can take up to $400.

  • What's above your buffer. Your buffer always stays in the account, so you can't dip into it.

  • Your daily cap.

The smallest payout you can take is $250. If you're down since your last payout, you need to make that back first. After that, the continuity rule still applies, so you need enough profit on top to take out at least $250.

Continuity Rule Examples ($50,000 account)

These examples are for your second payout (or any payout after that) on a $50,000 Daily EOD account. The buffer is $2,600, so your balance has to stay at $52,600 or higher after every payout.

In Examples A to C, the trader's balance hit $53,000 and they took a $400 first payout. That left them at $52,600.

Example A — made $1,200

  • Started at $52,600 after the last payout, made $1,200, now at $53,800.

  • Double what they made: $2,400. Above the buffer: $1,200. Daily cap: $1,000.

  • They can take out $1,000, because that's the daily cap. New balance: $52,800.

Example B — made $250

  • Started at $52,600 after the last payout, made $250, now at $52,850.

  • Double what they made: $500. Above the buffer: $250. Daily cap: $1,000.

  • They can take out $250, because that's all that's above the buffer. New balance: $52,600.

Example C — made $125

  • Started at $52,600 after the last payout, made $125, now at $52,725.

  • Only $125 is above the buffer, and the smallest payout is $250.

  • They can't take a payout yet. They need to get to $52,850 first.

Example D — left some profit in last time

This trader didn't take everything last time, so their balance after the last payout was $53,100.

  • Started at $53,100 after the last payout, made $200, now at $53,300.

  • Double what they made: $400. Above the buffer: $700. Daily cap: $1,000.

  • They can take out $400. They have $700 above the buffer, but they only made $200 since their last payout, and double $200 is $400. New balance: $52,900.

Down since the last payout

  • Started at $52,600 after the last payout, lost $150, now at $52,450.

  • They can't take a payout. They need to get to $52,850 first. The continuity rule still applies: at $52,850 they've made $250 since their last payout (double is $500), and $250 is above the buffer, so they can take out $250.

Additional Clarification:

  • Your MLL moves up with your highest closing balance. It never moves down.

  • Once your balance passes the trail lock balance, your MLL stops moving and stays there permanently — always $100 above your starting balance.

  • If your balance ever touches your MLL, the account is breached and closed

Can I withdraw part of the buffer, or only profit above it?

Only profit above the buffer can be withdrawn. The buffer itself is never available, not even partially.

Once your profit exceeds the buffer, you can request a payout for the amount above it, up to your account's daily payout cap.

If the amount above the buffer exceeds the cap, your payout is limited to the cap. Any profit left above the buffer stays in your account. How much of it you can take out next time follows the continuity rule above (see Example D).

Profit Split

90/10 from your very first withdrawal. You keep 90% of all profits with no ramp-up period, no introductory rate, and no milestone required.
