10FOUR ONE-DAY PASS Drawdown and Daily Loss Limit

End-of-Day Drawdown

10FOUR ONE-DAY PASS evaluation and funded accounts use an End-of-Day Drawdown (EOD) system to determine the Max Loss Limit (MLL).

• At the end of each trading session, the system calculates the account's highest closing balance
• The Max Loss Limit increases as the balance increases
• Once the account passes the initial trailing balance, the Max Loss Limit locks
• When a payout is requested, the Max Loss Limit adjusts to the locked balance

Because it is measured end-of-day, intraday swings do not move your Max Loss Limit. Only your closing balance counts.

Additional Rules

• The MLL rises with your closing balance until the trail is reached
• Once the trail is exceeded, the MLL locks at the initial balance plus $100
• If the account balance reaches the MLL, the account is considered breached

Reaching Your Trail Balance

Your Initial Trail Balance is your starting balance + MLL + $100. It is worth aiming for, because it is the point where two good things happen together.

• Your Max Loss Limit stops trailing and locks for the life of the account
• On a funded account it is the same figure as your payout buffer, so clearing it opens your first payout

Once your MLL is locked, everything you build above it is room between your balance and your floor. Your floor never rises again, so profit only ever adds to your cushion.

Daily Loss Limit (DLL)

On the 50K, 100K and 150K accounts you choose whether your account carries a Daily Loss Limit (DLL) when you buy it — a fixed amount you cannot lose within a single trading session. The DLL resets at the start of each new session. If your losses reach the DLL, trading is halted for that session.

The 25K account has no Daily Loss Limit.

• The Daily Loss Limit is a fixed dollar amount — it does not trail and it does not scale with your balance
• It does not change when you reach your profit target, and it never turns into a second drawdown
• Whichever setup you buy carries into your funded account unchanged
• Switching the Daily Loss Limit on earns you a credit off the price of the evaluation
• If your session losses reach the Daily Loss Limit, trading is halted for that session

How the Two Limits Work Together

Your Max Loss Limit is the floor on your account. Your Daily Loss Limit, if you have one, is a floor on your session.

Reaching your Daily Loss Limit stops your trading for the day and you come back the next session with it reset. Reaching your Max Loss Limit breaches the account.

A Daily Loss Limit is worth considering for exactly that reason — it ends a bad day before a bad day can end the account.
